FRIENDS OF THE PERFORMER’S MASTERY (May 2024)

Friday May 24th – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturday May 25th – 10:00 AM to finish
Sunday May 26th – 8:30 AM to 8 PM

The Friends of the Performer’s Mastery is a brainchild of Henry J Mah in 2023, as it seemed there were many graduates of the Performer’s Mastery that had friends that were not actors nor were active in any creative fields outside of perhaps a side hobby but still wanted these friends to have the Mastery experience.

Currently the Friends workshop is going to be offered only once a year in the spring. All the workshop principles and exercises for the Performer’s weekend will be the same for the Friends workshop, with the only major difference being that the performance expectations will be far lower.

Through a series of acting and personal presentation exercises, this will be a very safe place for non performers to fully self-express, discover their personal power and develop the tools needed to deal with issues that may be holding them back in their lives and communities.

For People That Wish to Expand Their Creative Expression:

This workshop will help people from any walk of life to discover and hone their communication skills with others by giving participants the opportunity to experience new and exciting ways to express themselves from trying on the performer’s process first hand in a safe and supportive environment.

For Closet/Shadow Performers and Artists:

This workshop is effective for:

• Breaking through where you stop in your life or are not fully expressing yourself authentically
• Learning to take risks and going beyond your comfort zone
• Supporting and being supported at 100%
